Mr. Kraus is the Founder and President of Composite Capital, LLC, a financial advisory firm focused on clients in the oil and gas, mining, and chemicals sectors. He previously served as a Managing Director of Dresdner Kleinwort, heading up its natural resources group from 2005 to 2007. Between 2000 and 2004, Lee was a Director and Executive Vice President of Jnana Technologies Corporation, an enterprise software company. From 1991 to 2000, Mr. Kraus was employed by Lazard Freres & Co., LLC, where he was a Managing Director concentrating on natural resources and served on the board of Lazard Moscow. He has also served as a Vice President in the Investment Banking group at Morgan Stanley, focusing on the oil and gas, mining, and chemical industries, and as an engineer at Schlumberger Ltd.
