Mr. Jeffs is a senior executive with extensive experience as a director of oil & gas exploration and production companies, an investment banker, and multi-billion dollar trust fund management. Since 1994, Mr. Jeffs has been Managing Director and Chief Investment Officer of the Whittier Trust.  Mr. Jeffs was also formerly Chairman of Whittier Energy Corporation, serving as a director since 1997, as well as a former Director and Chairman of Chaparral Resources.
